This is a web-based version of an open access fishery game.  It was inspired by Dennis Meadow's classic game "Fishbanks".  Each player makes decisions about how many boats to purchase and where to fish.  The system allows a market for boat trading and auctions. The computer keeps track of the underlying fish population and boat productivity.  The current version allows administration of several governance systems such as tradeable permits and boat buyback programs.
